Our financial Protection Advisers take time to get to know people and thoroughly understand each customer’s personal circumstances and what’s important to them. Many customers regard their advisers as friends of the family – a reliable point of contact who can offer financial protection advice and support (e.g. with a claim) when needed. For us, it’s about providing solutions that are right for customers and their loved ones and building long-term relationships.

- Mortgages & remortgages

- Introducing customers to our specialist partners for Wills or Lasting Power of Attorney advice

We are licensed to suggest protection plans from Aviva, Legal & General, MetLife UK, Zurich, Paymentshield and more.

Advisers can earn around £40,000+ in their first year – our top Advisers earn significantly more than this. We offer exciting career progression routes and training support. For example, through our ‘Potential Area Sales Manager’ Programme, qualifying Protection Advisers can progress to become an Area Sales Manager, leading teams of their own. For managers, you can progress to lead at the highest sales manager level within the business, as an Executive Sales Manager.
Other opportunities are available for both Owl Advisers and Managers, working with The Openwork Partnership. Subject to attaining relevant qualifications, career routes include the ability to expand your career to offer Mortgage advice, Wealth (Investment) advice or to become a Principal of your own firm.
